“THE SOURCE OF GUILT”
2 CORINTHIANS 7:9-10
There was a survey that asked 500 people what emotions they felt when experiencing guilt. The answers were heartbreaking. respondents reported feeling punished, depressed, worthless, rejected, and isolated! Many were overwhelmed by a general sense of low self-esteem. There was no joy, no hope, and no vitality. In a sense, it was as though the feelings of guilt had completely blotted out everything else in their lives.
This seems like such a sad way to exist, and yet, it is safe to assume that all of us — even those of us who are believers — have gone through these exact same emotions. In fact, some of us may be dealing with intense guilt right now! If so, let us consider one simple question: Where does our guilt come from?
In 2 Corinthians 7:10, we see two kinds of guilt. One is a sorrow that comes from God. This call to repentance is a tool the Lord uses to draw unbelievers to Himself through salvation in Jesus Christ. It also motivates believers to confess any wrongs causing “interference” in our fellowship with Him.
A second form of guilt is the dark emotion that plagues us with remorse and the reactions mentioned on the survey. Such sorrow is not from God at all, but from the world.
If we have received Jesus’ free gift of salvation but still struggle under the assault of guilt, let Scripture assure us: these feelings did not come from God. He is not attacking us. Rather, He holds the keys to our freedom. Let us not fall victim to the Enemy’s lies! In Christ, we are forgiven and free! Let us lay down our chains today!

“THE ANSWER FOR DISCOURAGEMENT”
PSALM 42:5-8
Disappointments and even some discouragements are bound to affect everyone at some point. Yet, we, believers, need not remain disheartened by frustrations and setbacks! It is possible to experience joy and peace, even when our expectations are not met. When we feel let down, let us take these steps:
1. LOOK INWARD. What is causing our hopeless feelings? Let us ask God to reveal anything within us that may be part of the problem (for example, an unforgiving, unrepentant spirit).
2. ADMIT THAT WE ARE DISCOURAGED. Let us confess that we are allowing the emotion to grip us.
3. LOOK UPWARD. In order to stop wallowing in the pain, we must take the focus off ourselves and place it on the Father.
4. RECOGNIZE THAT THIS IS A SPIRITUAL ISSUE. Our present situation can help us learn how to deal with trials when emotions are low.
5. GET INTO GOD’S WORD. Let us notice how the men and women of the Bible handled disappointments. For example, through his many years of undeserved difficulties, Joseph clung to his faith that God was still in control!
6. HUMBLE OURSELVES AND CRY OUT TO THE LORD. Remembering His past faithfulness can build our confidence that He will continue to provide. We may hurt for a season, but we do not have to be overwhelmed to the point of giving up. As Christians, we can take refuge in our all-powerful, all-wise, loving Father. Let us recall how He has worked in previous times of letdown. Then let us be assured that this situation will be another faithfulness story to add to our collection.

Women United In Prayer ™
“Consider ye, and call for the mourning women that they may come.”
Jeremiah 9:17
Women United In Prayer – WUIP Network ™ is a network of women who have recognized the call of God in their lives to intercessory prayer and have therefore, committed themselves to that call.
The WUIP Network™ has as its foundation the following scriptures: Joel 2:1, 15-19 Jeremiah 9:17-20. Additional foundational scriptures are Jeremiah 33:3; Matthew 18:18-20; I Timothy 2:1-6; II Chronicles 7:1-3; 13-14; Isaiah 58:6-14; I Thessalonians 5:17 and Luke 18:1.
The WUIP Network’s aim is to bring intercessors together in UNIFIED prayer efforts to tear down the strongholds of the enemy in our cities, nation, and the world; as well as, our churches and families. For the scriptures says, “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man (woman) availeth much”- James 5:16; “and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14. Yet, we do know from the signs of the times so prevalent in our world today that the end of the church age is near, even closer than we think. We, who are living in this end time period, MUST BE ALERT! It is an “URGENT CALL” to prayer, for we must be about our Father’s business…first, in praying in the harvest and then going out to reap the harvest of our times.
In obedience to the instructions I received from the LORD through Joel 2:1; 15-19 and Jeremiah 9:17-20 I am, through Women United In Prayer – WUIP Network ™ BLOWING THE TRUMPET IN ZION, AND SOUNDING THE ALARM. The alarm has been set off for this decade and beyond. I believe the LORD would have this alarm to sound off throughout the body of Christ. “IT’S PRAYING TIME!”
If you feel the urgency of the call of God to pray and intercede on behalf of others, COME! If you feel the urgency of our times, COME! , I urge you to join the WUIP Network™ in united prayer efforts to see the GLORY OF GOD REVEALED in answer to the prayers of faithful intercessors, II Chronicles 7:1-3; 13-14.
Finally, the WUIP Network™ is not set up to replace local church or other any other prayer ministry. It is our vision to network with other intercessors in the work of kingdom building. Also, the WUIP Network™ is not set up to replace, but to encourage your personal prayer for we are to “pray without ceasing” – I Thessalonians 5:17. The Lord may lead you into prayer any time of the day or night.
In Scriptures we are taught that there is power in numbers, Matthew 18:18-19, Leviticus 26:8. There is power in UNIFIED AGREEMENT OF PURPOSE. We need each other! We need to pray one for the other, and with one another, to fortify ourselves to fulfill God’s command in Matthew 28:18-19.
COME! JOIN THE WUIP NETWORK™!
May you be BLESSED AS YOU DWELL IN PRESENCE!
